My family is originally from North Carolina. I've lived most of my life here in Utah, but every other summer my family takes a trip to reunite with the Abbott side on the east coast. "Carolina" sung by Matt Wertz makes me think of the trips we've taken there in the past and all of the cherished times I have experienced there.

My family is originally from North Carolina, so I have experienced many good times over on the coast. The memories I have there are endless! Being on the beach, building sand castles on the shore, ghost crab hunting, and searching for beached seashells have always been some of my favorite things to do while I am there. I've lived most of my life here in Utah, but every other summer my family takes a trip to reunite with the Abbott side on the east coast.
